The staff was kind but the food was very limited, there were two of us so they put 2 of each thing on a table. Had to ask for mugs and used the same spoon from the food for the coffee. We were told the smoking area was closed and took us once to some area far from the lounge and when we wanted to go again we were told we couldnt. The shower was lacking body wash and had to ask for toilet paper. I cant say thats vip. I have no issues with simple services but didnt feel fair with the price paid and when i was mentioning these things it didnt feel it was that important to the staff that even though they were kind, they lacked understanding what premium is.
