Loss of income is premised on the length of days that is properly repaired and put in a good condition for it to be rented out again. The daily rate of the rented vehicle that is damaged by the Renter is to be charged for the length of time that the Vehicle is put in for repairs.&nbsp;<br><br>• Loss damage waiver (low) does not apply to damage caused by off road use, damage to the interior and damage to trucks caused by collision with stationary or overhead objects.&nbsp;<br>• Renter is liable for all damage and costs to vehicle: o caused by a driver not named in this agreement even if renter has purchased LDW; and o For the Renter’s careless, wilful, reckless or negligent driving giving rise to charges being levied against him/her by the legal authorities in Samoa.&nbsp;<br>• No parking violation incurred during rental&nbsp;<br>• Return date confirmed&nbsp;<br>• If this rental is to be charged on a credit card: the issuer of the card identified on this item is authorized to pay the amount shown as total upon proper presentation.
