Having transport arranged before arriving helps relieve some anxiety of arriving in a new area and trying to get to the hotel. Sep was great at communicating about pickup times and allowed us a last minute pickup time change when we found out the night before that our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Louis, our driver got us to and from the airport. His wife Leafa rode along on one of the trips and was so sweet and kind! When she heard that we didn’t see any sea turtles on our trip to Samoa, she made Louis pull over for a quick stop at a turtle sanctuary on our trip back to the airport (and we finally saw one in the habitat!).
